Double-Sides Glass Solar Panel Recycling Process Flow
1. Remove Aluminum Frames Stage
The solar panels are first subjected to automatic dismantling to remove the aluminum frames. The dismantled aluminum frames are collected separately for subsequent recycling.
2. Thermal Processing Stage
The solar panels are sent to the pyrolysis furnace, where the EVA adhesive between the glass and other layers is melted and decomposed at a controlled temperature, the double-sided glass, silicon and other materials are separated efficiently.
3. Sorting Stage
After thermal processing, the panels are transferred to the mechanical separation system. Through processes sorting machine, the double-sided glass, copper wires, and other materials are separated efficiently. The separation accuracy is high, ensuring that the purity of each finished product meets the recycling requirements.
4.Silver Extraction Stage
Through the silver extraction system, silver can be recovered from solar silicon wafers with a recovery rate of up to 99%.
